Package descriptions and prices on this website are informational and may change. The services, fees, payment schedule, rescheduling and cancellation terms, delivery timeline, gallery availability, permissions, and image-use rights for a confirmed session will be stated in the applicable written booking agreement or written confirmation. If there is a conflict, that written agreement controls.
Website content and photographs
Unless otherwise noted, the photographs, logo, text, design, and other content on this website belong to Yulia Nova Photography or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, publish, alter, remove copyright information from, or use site content for commercial, training, or artificial-intelligence purposes without prior written permission.
Artistic style and editing
The portfolio and Instagram account show Yulia Nova Photography’s current approach to lighting, composition, posing, color, retouching, and editing. By submitting a booking inquiry, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that style and understand that final image selection and editing involve the photographer’s professional and artistic judgment. Specific images, poses, or edits are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Portfolio and marketing permission
Yulia Nova Photography may ask for a separate written model release before using photographs that identify you in a website portfolio, Instagram, social media, advertising, print, or other promotional materials. Marketing use is not assumed solely because a session is booked. If you choose to give permission, the scope of that permission will be stated in the applicable release or written agreement.
Minors and session participants
A parent or legal guardian must arrange sessions involving a minor and is responsible for providing any required permissions, including any permission for public portfolio or marketing use.
